Trainings for registered ADR bodies

More than 20 registered bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (ADR bodies) attended the trainings held by short-term experts of the EU Twinning project “Reinforcement of consumer protection in Serbiaas a response to the new market challenges”.

Among other things, the participants were presented with a demo version of the IT platform for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (https://vansudsko.mtt.gov.rs).

Two trainings were held in May 2022 in Belgrade and Kragujevac, in cooperation with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and two more are planned for the autumn, for bodies from other regions.
