In parallel with the adoption of the Rulebook on the work of the body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, in June 2022, the newly established platform began its work.

The IT platform for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (https://vansudsko.mtt.gov.rs) is a platform that provides consumers with the opportunity to submit a request for the out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute online in an efficient and fast manner. This type of procedure is intended for the resolution of all types of consumer disputes, regardless of the type and value of the dispute, and is resolved before a third party - a body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which must be neutral, impartial, and independent. Bodies for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes are registered in the List of bodies for the out-of-court settlement of disputes in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection maintained by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and must meet certain conditions to be on the List.

The platform was developed within the Twinning project "Reinforcement of consumer protection in Serbia as a response to the new market challenges", funded by the European Union. It is managed by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia.
